My UX journey began after…

Graduating with a Product Design Engineering degree, which focuses on the creation of physical and tangible products.

However, the digital product field has captivated me. As their product form factors are different, yet their core designs principles often share similarities with what I've studied.

With the rise in digital product usage, the digital space has piqued my curiosity and led me to pursue digital product design, where problem-solving, human behavior, and business strategy are combined.

My work principle

My design process start with understanding the background, uncovering the root cause. Then possible solutions are generated with feasibility, timeline and business objective in mind.

Open collaboration is vital in my work principle. I believe in two-way communication, actively involving key stakeholders like engineers and product managers from the early stages. This helps mitigate potential development blockage or scope creep.
